Chef Bio

Chef Hansen Lee began his career in Chicago, IL at the W Chicago - Lakeshore while attending Le Cordon Bleu Chicago on the highly competitive James Beard Foundation Scholarship. During his education, he externed at The Peninsula, Chicago's Shanghai Terrace under Chef Richard Chen. Upon graduating, he secured a position at The Peninsula Beverly Hills to further perfect his culinary skills. He was then scouted as the Corporate Executive Chef for a hotel in Huntington Beach where he cooked for political dignitaries. Discovering his passion for farm-to-table food, he was featured on NBC's show "America's Next Great Restaurant". His unique and skilled cooking style enables him to constantly please and surprise guests palates.
